Summary · joint venture, trade or sale ¾ complete the construction of a 105' steel boat. Possibilities include charter, yacht, small freighter, fish boat, dive boat, etc. I'm looking to either sell the hull "as is" or to participate with another equity partner(s) to put the vessel into income producing service. |

Construction of this 105' x 30' x 15' steel hull began in 1980 but was completed only to the level as the work in the progress (adjoining), photo shows. The current boatyard location is suitable to complete the vessel. If joint ventured, I am prepared to be involved in remaining activities or walk away. The boatyard is also being advertised for lease or joint venture. Initially designed as a North Pacific crab catcher, the hull was subsequently re-designed to be a trawler. It would be suitable for nearly any displacement hull use. It is a nice hull. |

The existing boatyard location of the hull is handy for completing this hull. As a historical boatyard the waterfront has both deep water and tidelands, along with shop and storage buildings, a heavy duty crane and other woodworking and welding facilities. |
